Mental Health issues are believed to effect 1 in 4 people in the UK (according to www.mentalhealth.org.uk) and this regularly effects people’s ability to be able to complete tasks and fulfil their role in the workplace to their full potential, often resulting in increased sick days or prolonged periods of absence.
Although most businesses understand how to respond to physical health problems, some businesses struggle to understand mental health problems and the appropriate work place response to them. We strongly believe that by offering Counselling to employees this can improve both work rate and productivity and reduce absences. Mental Health issues currently cost the UK more than £1 billion. Our cost-effective workplace therapy helps tackle work-related issues, benefiting both the individual and your business as a whole.
We can offer a tailored number of sessions to help support someone through a time of crisis or emotional burnout or can offer a monthly ‘drop in’ option for employees to gain support and guidance on a more ad-hoc basis, to help avoid or aid such times of need.
